A number of ‘Inter Colonial’ demonstrations took place in Sydney and Newcastle followed by State ‘Demos’ in the early 1900’s, Forbes, Armidale, Dubbo, the last at Corowa in 1909 before the formation of the NSWFB in 1910.
It was not until 1932 the t the first official State Demonstration was held at Wagga., a further 4 were held before WWII (Newcastle 1934), commencing again in 1954 they are held every 2 years, the nest at Port Macquarie in October
