Near my place there is a large block of land that has been vacant for many years, with a For Sale sign out the front spruiking that the land has “ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES”.

For some reason when I look at it I can only ever see one possibility – an offbeat hotel selling quirky craft beers and beverages.
