Heard on the radio this morning, SA premier Mike Rann responding to concerns that the government spends too much on advertising … “I’ll ask X to ask Y to look into it”.Yikes! 2 levels of delegation, and not to do anything, but just to look. No wonder he’s nearly been voted out.
